If we don't have summer fridays, then the terrorists win

It's friday at 2:17, and my office has summer fridays starting at 1. yes i'm still here...what's up with that?

It seems a cruel joke to give us summer fridays when the busiest time in the year is in the summer...why not give us mandatory late nights in the winter when it's really quiet?

It's ok, i hear it's like 100 degrees outside with the humidity. I'm better off i'm sure sitting at my cube with a view of, well nothing, except my fan and this monitor.

Watched 2 episodes of six feet under and then oz last night, both quality shows and i dontknow how i missed them for so long. i've got some serious catching up to do.

This weekend is laid back, tonight dinner with the fam, maybe a movie, and tmw if weather holds great adventure (itttsss)sss great!) and if not, i'm going to be a bum.

i saw a commercial last night with president bush talking about the olympics and how thanks to us we have two new democracies there (iraq and afghanistan)...that's why we went to iraq, so that the iraqi people could sent soccer players to the olympics! yeah bush!

Perhaps i will leave here at 5pm...to me that will still be early, and still be a summer friday in my book.
